Cancellation policy

You can change your mind. The step depends on whether the order has been paid and whether it has left the warehouse.

Before you pay

Change the quantities in the cart, or remove a set. Nothing is charged until you complete payment.

After you pay, before it ships

Email iamtayyabshahzad2024@gmail.com or use the contact form with your order number and ask us to cancel. If the order has not shipped, we cancel it and refund the payment, including the shipping charge, to the same payment method.

After it ships

A shipped order follows the refund, return and exchange policy.

If we cannot send the order

If we cannot ship to the address you entered, we cancel the order, do not send it, and refund the payment.
