Refund, return and exchange policy

Tell us before you send a set back. Write to iamtayyabshahzad2024@gmail.com or use the contact form with the order number.

Damaged, incomplete, or not as described

If a set arrives damaged, with pieces missing, or different from the description on its page, tell us what went wrong. Photos help. We will offer a replacement, an exchange for the same set, or a refund of that item.

Sending a set back

Do not post a return until we confirm where it should go. We do not promise a prepaid return label.

Change of mind

A change-of-mind return is not automatic. If the set is unused and we can accept it, we will say so in the reply. If we cannot, we will say that too.

How a refund is paid

An approved refund goes back to the same payment method used at checkout.

To stop an order that has not shipped, use the cancellation policy.
