Privacy policy

Brickroom, based in Pakistan, stores only what an order, a cart, or a message needs.

What we store

An order stores your name, email, shipping address, the sets you bought, and whether the payment succeeded. A message from the contact form stores your name, email, topic, and the message, and emails that same copy to the shop’s support address. The cart stores the sets you chose. It is tied to a cookie named brickroom_cart on this browser. That cookie holds a cart id, not your name.

Who else receives it

The payment provider receives the checkout so it can take payment. We do not store your card number. The warehouse that ships the order receives your name, address, and the items, so the parcel can be sent. We do not sell personal information, and this site does not run advertising trackers.

How long we keep it

Paid orders stay as sales records. Ask us and we will delete a contact message or an unpaid order.
