Shipping and delivery policy

Checkout adds a flat shipping charge of $4.99. The charge is the same for every destination we can ship to. It is not a live carrier quote.

Where the order ships from

Paid orders are packed and handed to a carrier by the warehouse that fulfills Brickroom orders.

How long it takes

The site does not show a delivery date. Transit time depends on the destination. If we later receive a window for your order, we will pass it on.

If we cannot ship

You can enter a delivery address in any country. If that address cannot be shipped to, we refund the payment and do not send the order. See the cancellation policy.
