Terms and conditions

Brickroom is a children’s construction-toy shop based in Pakistan. These terms cover an order placed on this website.

What you buy

The shop sells the construction sets shown in the catalog. The price on a product page is the price of that option. Shipping is added at checkout. An option that says it cannot be ordered yet is shown for reference only.

Payment

Card payment is taken by the payment provider on its own page. Brickroom does not store your card number. An order is paid when that provider confirms the payment. The page you return to is a status view.

Delivery, cancellation, and returns

Shipping is described on the shipping page. You can cancel an unpaid cart, or a paid order that has not shipped, under the cancellation policy. Damaged, incomplete, or wrongly described sets follow the refund, return and exchange policy. If we cannot ship to the address you entered, the payment is refunded and the order is not sent.

The products

Photographs show the sets. The block sculpture on the homepage is decoration, not a product. Many sets have small parts, magnets, or glass marbles and are not for young children. Read the notice on the product page before you buy.
